You can pay for your order in various ways. Currently, we offer the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
However, since we are offering hand-made art, it could take up to four weeks to ship, unless the work is on stock. We will, of course, inform you immediately, if there is a delay to be expected
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will then try to modify the order for you.
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this at contact@raider.world. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
It can sometimes occur that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking, or there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order.
Whatever the reason, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your account.
Please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
You can contact us via contact@raider.world to exercise this right. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this product depreciation. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packed when returned.
We take care of our products and do our best to deliver them in top condition. We do our best to deliver the artwork undamaged during transport or if something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product or should have discovered it, you should contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a delay of more than two months may also be acceptable.
We will ensure a free repair or replacement if you contact us in time.
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you first to make complaints known to us by emailing contact@raider.world.
For consumers in the EU, it is also possible to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to lodge your complaint via the European Union platform.
